Sim card moved and no O2 connection

I am on a pay monthly Sim contract. Moved my Sim card from an iPhone 5S to an iPhone 12, all working except the phone. No way of connecting to 02 phone network. Help...

@Swampo Are you using a new sim that came with your new phone or have you put your old sim in the new phone?

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

@Swampo You should be able to use your old sim. Is the old sim working if you put it back in the old phone? Check to make sure it's in the tray correctly. If you were sent a new 5G sim with your new phone you could also do a sim swap:

Thanks. Sim works perfectly in old phone but not in new one. I have checked it's inserted OK - Sim card number registers in phone.

In 'About/ Primary/ Network it says Network not available then 'Phone not allowed'

Then you need to return it to wherever you bought it from as it is barred.
