Good afternoon, I had a telephone call from 02 and was advised that by the end of this month I would be able to upgrade early and that 02 pay the rest of the balance off of what is owed, on chatting with them today I have been advised this is not the case, has anyone else had this at all?

Thank you in advance

@Nicola4079

You can always upgrade 1 month early.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I would not trust someone calling me to offer a deal in case it is a scam @Nicola4079, or from one of o2's "trusted partners" who do not have a great reputation - try searching for Aerial Direct on here...

It would be worth getting in touch with the o2 sales team to verify if this is a proper offer.
