First of all the numbers 202, 1760, 1750...basically any short number except 901 (voicemail) doesn't work on my iPhone 5s..they have never worked from the very beginning since I had this phone
And speaking of voicemail, my visual voicemail doesn't work at all ever since I switched to 4G yesterday. Everytime I tap "Voicemail", it goes to the phone app and calls 901.
I tried everything. Reset Network Settings, reinputted the Visual Voicemail password and username, pop out the SIM and reinsert it...you name it.

I would advise you to contact o2 directly as stated above to ensure they have provisioned you correctly
Did you get a new sim what did it say on the packet it came in ? is that correct for your type of tariff?

Sounds like you need a new SIM card - You may have a PAYG one rather than a contract one.....?
Are you on an iPhone tariff?

very strange issue.
I have just finished setting up my 5s and just tried 1760 and 1750 and work fine and just left a voice mail and it came through as a vvm.
I would speak to o2 and check that everything is provisioned correctly use the landline numbers from contactus below
