If I have 02 insurance how long will it take to send my phone away to fix a cracked screen and be returned?

Usually between 4-6 days @Anonymous. This is a provisional timeline. It's really dependent on the amount of work they have on at the time

I'd send it to the manufacturer as likely you may get charged for it to be fixed as it's screen damaged

There's just the excess to pay for an insurance claim as long as you have cover for accidental damage.
