Hi I bought AirPods before Christmas and they aren’t charging. I’ve been onto virtual assistant and arrange a repair or return. They only have phones, iPads and watches listed. Is there a number to call.
It would be quicker for you to speak to Apple Direct and they may do an instore swap for you.. Or you can call o2 on 0344 809 0202 its the same number for all customer services.
