I was checking i phone 16 pro and made a plane to buy from o2 but i changed my mind and I canceled it but i haven’t received my upfront money yet i need my refund.

Note your funds may have been earmarked by your bank in the expectation of an order from O2 as you say you changed your mind and cancelled (in the online O2 Shop pages, presumably?) - this amount returned to your account after 3 to 10 days by your bank - O2 do not have your money. I would suggest you contact your bank to confirm, @Dilpreet.
