i was trying to purchase iphone on plan but after deduction of the initial amount, O2 asked for a deposit which was very high .. so i stopped and didn't ordered. However, the amount deducted from my account is not being refunded to me still - any leads or suggestions how can i get my payment back ? Thank you ..

O2 don't have the money.
It is being held in a shadow account by your bank.
Usually returned in 7 to 10 days but check with your bank to be sure.
