My iphone 12 mini (11mths old) has stopped working altogether. I have tried the soft reset which didn't work. I cannot do the factory reset as my phone will not switch on. I have spent since Monday going round and round in circles on the O2 website. The gurus, online chats and phone system all don't work. Any ideas on how to speak to someone who can actually resolve this issue?
