Hi - My iphone only makes or recieves call via my internet connection. I think this may be as result of having temporarily lost my phone. When i reported it lost, O2 locked the device and then when I found it an hour later, they could only unlock it for use via Web? I can't find a number or person on O2 webiste to contact to fix this. Any ideas?
