Hi I applied for a phone contract for the iPhone 15 pro  , and they’ve taken the £30 upfront payment and I received an email saying “ we need to take a look at your application hold tight and we will get back to you within 24 hours” but I haven’t received an email since so I’m just wondering if I’ve been accepted for it ?

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

Thanks

This is a customer to customer Community with no direct O2 involvement. You need to contact O2's sales team as they will be able to help you. I suggest that you message them on social media :-

Facebook :  https://o2uk.co/O2CFB

X (Twitter) : https://o2uk.co/O2CTW

Instagram : https://o2uk.co/O2CIG

The upfront payment will still be held by your bank pending O2's decision on your application. 👍

Check your online banking to see if the payment is still pending.

If so, you have not been accepted yet.
