Serious security problem on O2 network.
When my phone number is dialled, the caller does not reach me, instead the phone defaults to a message selling products and services in various languages. I have changed to an e.sim and it makes no difference. I changed network and it makes no difference, I turned the phone off and it makes no difference. The problem is with the network intercepting my phone number.
My phone is now almost useless, can you please investigate and fix this problem, or do I need to have a new number.
