You also need iData on your account.

You can check this by calling customer services Guide: How to find help & contact O2

From your phone, tablet or laptop, open wifi settings and wait for the search to complete.

Select your hotspot from the list of available devices and enter the password when prompted.

Connection should then complete automatically.
