Since upgrading my tariff I can no longer link my laptop to my Iphone6s via the personal hotspot. This worked before and I was also able to link to my children's Kindles, which I now also can't. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you.

@HannahArm123

Call customer services and ask them to change you data package to iData for iPhones.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

When will the system start putting customers on the correct data bolt on when they upgrade our change tariff, what a total waste of resources!

Rhetorical question btw wink
