The only thing I can find for international data is £1.99 per day for Europe but I need to find out how much it is for roaming in New Zealand. I looked at the possibility of putting a NZ sim in my phone (iPhone 6S) but it was a Christmas present and not even a month old and from what I can gather I can only do that after 12 months.

Data is £6/MB so very expensive. Switch off mobile/cellular data and use wifi only.]
When in: Calling:
Landlines - per minute | 99p |
Mobiles - per minute | £1.49 |
Receiving calls - per minute | 99p |
Sending texts - per message | 49p |
Cost per MB of using data:
Data usage | £6 |

Ideally I need roaming as I own my own business and need to be contactable at all times via email while I'm travelling and I won't always be in a wifi area. Is there anyway round this silly 12 month thing, I would understand if I bought it knowingly but someone bought it as a gift so I had no say in it.

Unfortunately you'll have to wait until O2 allow unlocking for the 6s then.
