No mobile phone network will guarantee that you can get a signal indoors. None of them. If you didn't have any signal indoors when you first got your phone you should have contacted O2 then, not waited until it was too late for you to do anything about it. If you need to be on call and have to have incoming calls at home you should have a land line. Just relying on a mobile phone for calls isn't a very smart thing to be doing.

I cant give two numbers to oncall support.
If i give landline i cant go out then.
So no purpose of using o2 mobile in that case.
Yes i thought i cancel before 1 month after contract started which is genuine everywhere except o2.
I called after 7days for cancellation and still not over 15days of my contract.
Finally the mobile network is not getting noservice at home address which is equal to useless.

It will work for incoming calls too. That's the whole point of the service - to help in signal blackspots.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

The OP has said that they can't give two numbers to their on call support, which I find hard to believe. Why wouldn't they allow a backup number to ensure they could stay in contact?

I am trying a soln for o2 signal at apartment which unnecessarly i am spending money and i couldt cancel of bcos of 7days.
O2 doest bother abt signal at providing address. They simply said have to pay full contract.
Which is not geniune.
They should have given 30days notice to cancel instead of 7days and contract should allow customer to cancl if network provider doest provide network signal at home address thencustomer can cancel the cotract
