No o2 signal at my aprtment

I am getting noservice signal at my apartment.
I spoke to custmercare they said thir system showing my postcode o2 signal providing area. I said reality its not.
They said u have to pay full contract eventhough they not provding signal at home. Not sure how to handle

You can try making a complete as outlined blow but as harsh as the facts are, you should have cancelled within the correct scale laid down in your T&Cs you agreed to.

At the moment TuGo is your only hope other than getting a cheap P&G mobile on another network or using a landline as a second contact to the people who rely on getting in touch with you.

Indoor coverage is always variable, with any network, and everyone who has any history of mobile ownership knows this. O2 are providing you with an alternative that is Tugo (not offered by any other network). You are not interested in listening to suggestions but I can guarantee that you will not get out of your contract now you have passed the 7 days, no matter how much you complain. I'm sorry to lay it down bluntly but these are the facts. Tugo is your only chance of a signal, however, if your actually turn off 3G on the handset you will also improve your chances of a signal.

It might also depend on how many people near you are trying to use the Service at the same time

 

 

You have not said where you are but as MI5 Suggests try 2g only mode. also what is stated here for your exact postcode? Http://status.o2.co.uk

I agred tugo only choice for me.
Talkmobile getting signal without any app.
I should change next contract vodafone or talkmobile which is best network provider in uk there no need to use app where u get signal

I agree entirely, you should always go with the network that gives you the best coverage. Everyone is slightly different so the moral of the story is to always check first (use payg sim's) before signing up for a long term deal.

This entire thread is nothing more than someone trying to get out of their contract. As a matter of interest I had a quick look at the Vodafone forum and there is a similar thread:

The cooling off period for Vodafone is 7 days, and also for T-Mobile. No different than O2's policy.

 

I find it difficult to believe that whoever the OP works for and is on call to would not allow them to have an alternative number to be reached on.
