No cellular data since ios7 update

Since I downloaded ios7 on my iPhone 5 I have not been able to access the internet at all when I am away from a wifi connection. Even when my phone says I have a 3G connection and I try to access my emails or anything on the internet- it says no internet connection. Before the update it worked fine. Any suggestions as to how this can be fixed? Thanks

Hi, thank you for all your replies. Taking the SIM card out and putting it back in didn't work, all the APN settings are correct and turning airplane mode on and off also didn't work. Last option is to ring O2....

Power off the phone restart it, also try taking out the sim card and putting it back in.

Try.

Settings - General - Reset -Reset Network Settings.

Also remove your sim and clean it.

Try switching to 2g to see if it improves and check your mast status to ensure your masts are ok

Each time an ios update happens they default to Idata see this issue every software release full or incremental

I am having exactly the same problem. None of the suggestions have made a difference. #202 is not taking any calls cause they are too busy, o2 live chat is unavailable for the same reason. Any one still having this problem? Anyone with any fresh solutions?

Whenever i cant get internet i put in aeroplane mode and switch back and sorts the problem out, Worth a try.

Update. Was able to reach customer service through 802802 chat. Apparently the update changes the necessary iphone data bolt on. Only o2 can change that back - will take till midnight. That is 2 full days, no internet.

Have you tried to reboot the phone and see if it works now ?
