My new iphone 12 pro max is not showing a sim, No signal

Good afternoon, Yesterday I received my new iphone 12 pro max and i have placed the new 5g sim that came with it but I am not getting a signal on the phone, Is there amything i need to do? Only just turned it on 😞

Text SWAP to 20220 from the old sim

You will get a text back asking you for the 13 digit SSN which can be found on the sim carrier you used to press out your sim card

Once your old sim has lost signal insert the new sim in your hone and keep rebooting till you have network signal

All done then
