My O2 app remaining data info missing

When I go into my 02 app on my phone the data tab that tells you what data you have used and what you have left disappears, is it like that for anyone else ?

I get a clock dial that shows both.

Try uninstalling & reinstalling the app but there has been a major O2 outage today so that maybe why you are having this problem

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still no joy it's been like it for a few days now. 😞 thanks for trying to help

It seems to me that's is related to your specific accounts and only customer service will be able to help.
