Hi, my mobile internet is not working and hasn’t for a while. I think it might have been since I got a new second hand phone (i phone SE) a few months ago. I hadn’t really noticed till recently because of lockdown I’ve mostly been home and using the WiFi. How can I fix this? Do I need some settings sending or something?

Go to settings >Mobile data and make sure the slider is green (On).

Then scroll down that page and you will see all your apps listed.

Make sure all those sliders are green too.

Then go to Settings >General >Reset and scroll to Reset NETWORK settings.

Note, this will reset all network connections so you will lose any saved wifi passwords, but it will also reset your mobile data connection to O2.

Hi, I’ve just managed to speak to o2 on the phone. There was a bar left on my mobile data from when I reported my old phone lost. They just had to flick the switch from their end. All sorted now. Thanks for your responses.

That would have helped us if you'd told us about it first wink
