I agree that it's more than likely out of stock but I just don't see why o2 can't email a customer when it's blatantly obvious it's not been delivered on the promised day irrespective of the lack of a live stock system. Just a case of we have your order, we have your money,we don't need to keep you informed.....

O2 don't keep a live stock system so regardless of what the website tells you when you order, the likelihood is that it is not in stock
