Missing device

So, today was to be a exciting day for me as I was meant to receive my new device Iphone 14 pro. After my wait I finally received the parcel but unfortunately NO PHONE IN BOX!!! the seal had been broken on box and I opened it to find just a charger wire 😡 . I have contacted O2 and they are investigating but I hope i get response from them asap as I am sitting in frustration smoking my lungs dry. I need my phone

They will probably block the phone so it cannot be used.

Sadly, this is becoming more common. Temporary staff and the gig economy with carriers and the phones an expensive easily stolen item.

Hope all goes well, and O2 sort this ASAP

So they have said upto 48hrs and they will send me a new device. The advisor i spoke with was amazing, very helpful and made sure she got to the bottom of it.

Missing Phone is far more worrying than my missing plug. However, to me a bit much as I cannot charge my phone and likewise, wife cant charge her watch. lots of money but unusable!!!

They don't come with chargers any more. Supposed to be about the environment, but more likely money saving
