I picked up my new phone yesterday in Preston. The lad who served us was great. For that I thank him. Anyways, got home, sorted everything out in preperation to set up my phone. Is there any reason why I have been given a lovely box with my phone and a USB charging Cable but NO PLUG????? Luckily we had bought an Apple watch for my wife. I opened the box, another lovely one at that. 1 watch, 1 cable and...........NO PLUG.
Whats going on?????
TIA

Manufacturers no longer supply plugs as they expect you to use one that you currently own.
It's all done in an effort to save the environment.

The cynic would say it's more to save money. Smaller lighter packages mean more phones shipped for the same price. Apple have saved millions of $
