Lost second phone

Hi, I had an iPhone (not my main phone) which I seem to have lost while moving house. It is not showing up in Find My. I am keen to get the IMEI blocked in case someone has nicked it or if it’s found maybe it’s more likely to be returned if blocked. How can I go about this? I am on a sim only contract with O2… phone was bought unlocked sim free
