Hi! I upgraded last week to an iphone 14plus. While on the phone to O2, I told them where to deliver it, along with a new wireless charger.
the charger was delivered to my new home address on 21st February, and the phone was delivered on the same day to my old address.
I went to the old address, but nobody was there and the neighbours told me they just moved out. Can you please help? I’ve been trying to speak to someone to get some assistance for days!
