Did you try a reset by holding home and power button together for about 10 secs?

Are you bothered about your data or do you have a backup already?

I'm thinking you could try DFU mode,
Open iTunes and connect the iPhone.
Press and hold the Home button and the Power button at the same time.
After exactly 10 seconds release the Power button. Continue holding the home button until iTunes pops up a message telling you that it has detected an iPhone in recovery mode.

Sounds gpu related to me,
Follow the advice off @MI5 and if that fails, your only hope is apple or a new phone.

Try a full restore via iTunes, if that doesn't work then I'd suggest a new phone as Apple would charge you for a replacement which you would better off getting a brand new one
