Ordered a 5s white 16gb on the 23rd September, was given the standard "up to 6/12 weeks" for delivery, spoke to O2 today, and am taking with a pinch of salt, but this changed on the 4th October to up to 2 week delivery. Not sure if that just for me or general orders.

I didn't order till 3rd October - you may well be right but she did seem to go off to check, or at least go make a coffee lol
My spec seems the most available so I hold out some small amount of hope they might actually follow through with delivery....

I had the exact same chat today too. Also it seems the delivery times stated in the shop decreased it now says up to 7 days for the 16GB Grey.

Hi Adrian_E, I ordered the exact same phone on the same day as you (03/10)!! I called CS on 202 today and they said it would be a 1 - 2 week wait still. Half hour after that call I got an email to say the delivery would be taking place tomorrow. I have now received the text, tracking number and it is being delivered tomorrow between 10 & 2.
It seemed a bit coincedental to me that I called up to request an 'update' on my order ( I went through to the upgrade option and track an order already placed) and not long after the call I get confirmation.
Hope you get your delivery details soon.
