No updates on stated order last update deliver date changed to an earlier date but no delivery

Same issues! Ordered on 4th Sept, delivery expected 5th Sept, order status not changed and I’m getting daily texts

Had one of these everyday since 5th Sept!! Customer service has been awful. 3 people have now apparently escalated this and have promised it will be resolved soon..
