Same issues! Ordered on 4th Sept, delivery expected 5th Sept, order status not changed and I’m getting daily texts 

O2: Your recent order has taken us a little longer to process, sorry about that. Your order should be with you tomorrow. Our carrier will text you with updates. Thanks.

Had one of these everyday since 5th Sept!! Customer service has been awful. 3 people have now apparently escalated this and have promised it will be resolved soon..
