I can't seem to get Media messages on my iphone 4s.  I've configured the settings as instructed, but if someone sends me a pic I still have to log onto a website to view it - any advice?

You may need to check with O2 that you have the service enabled on your account.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

ring o2 and ensure that mms is fully provisioned on you account.

If it still fails as them to remove mms and then reprovision it.
