I've seen this story a lot on the threads but I want to see if it's happened to anyone recently with an iphone 5? I rung 2 Saturdays ago to O2 to claim on my insurance as the lock button stopped working completely. They said they would pick it up last Monday and DPD did. Got a text to say it had been received at O2 and more info would follow shortly. No contact was made so I rung last Saturday and was told a new phone is on it's way and should be here by latest on the Wednesday. Got a text today (Tuesday) saying my phone is out of stock and I will be told when a new delivery date is possible so I rung O2 but insurance company have all the details and closed at 7pm (I rung at 8pm). So.... I've also heard that iphone5 isn't made anymore so 5s's are being sent out? Or phones worth less than iphone 5 are being sent out.... Just wondering what other people got!
