Internet keeps lagging

Hi there,

I am on a contract with the iPhone 5 and when I am not using wifi, my internet seems to discconect then after a while (like 10mins) it works again then it stops working. Is there a way of solving this problem?

But I have tried that method but it does not seem to work so I guess I'll need to call 02 or take it to the store.

Hi.

First thing to check is that your settings are correct.

Also check online with 02 to ensure they are not undergoing any repair works etc.

If all is ok and this continues then you could seek help from an 02 high street guru or arrange a Genius Bar appointment at your local apple store.
