Soooo, got mine. Just unboxed it.
Scratched screen.
The box was sealed, the wrap was on, it came like that.
I'm not very happy as I would tolerate it for myself but it drops resell value dramatically.
Now the issue of course is having to be believed that I did not cause this. It's always user error.
I'm floored.

They will replace it for you but I hope you don't have to wait too long for the new one to arrive.

Okay @Anonymous. I didn't know how they come. I have a tablet that I bought some time ago, and I remember it had a thin plastic film on the screen, similar to what you get when you get a new phone. It looks a sizable scratch that I thought you might have been able to see as soon as you took it out of the box. Good luck with CS. Hope you get it replaced without any problems.:smileywink:

This will be an interesting test of O2's customer service.
Good suppliers will hold back a small amount of stock for this type of issue.
Greedy ones will sell every single unit they can get their hands on.
I honestly dont know what will happen, so lets see........

My iPad arrived damaged too 😞
Received a replacement but o2 have sent the old iPad Pro 2nd gen, I was not happy when I opened the box.
Now I have to wait again for a replacement.
