Hi I got my I pad back from repair about 3 months ago with it all bending in the middle and now the glass has smashed now on the I pad

If you smashed the screen it isn't covered by warranty, you will have to pay for the repair. Have a look at iSmash etc or contact Apple for a quote.

Also check your household /packaged bank account for insurance as well..
