Hello - i recently ordered some Air Pod Pro's which seem to be faulty and not working correctly - ive had them for less than a week and have contacted Apple regarding this - after waiting and spending about an hour on the phone troubleshooting them they have advised the best thing to do is return it to the resller - in this case O2.

However i cannot call or get in contact with O2 as theres currently no support available.

Can anyone please advise on what i can do to get these returned?

Many thanks,

Jay

@Jay94 The only way is to call customer service. All numbers are in the link below. 0800 5874005 seems to be the best number to try first. Select any option, even fraud or lost/stolen. O2's response to customers has been extremely poor.
