Error MSG using iPhone app.

Hi, I recently took out an O2 contract and set up my account online. I also downloaded the iPhone app. I have recently transferred my old number across and that is now active. When logging on to the website to access my account, it works perfectly, however there is an error msg when trying to use the app. I have deleted the app and reinstalled, however it still comes up saying 'failed to get user identity possibly due to unlinking of msisdn from account (code 36)'. Can someone tell me what I need to do to access my account from the app? Thanks

I got the same error message yesterday even though I have used the app for a couple of years. A quick reboot of the phone sorted it.

Maybe giving Uk Customer Services a call on 202 will possibly help resolve your issue.
