Anyone else noticed 4G signal in Newcastle upon Tyne?

Today I noticed the 4G logo on my phone a couple of times. Ran Speedtest and was getting 20mb download.

It only pops up here and there, then reverts to 3G. I presume they're testing the signal or something.

Anyone else seen this?

I'm getting the same 20Mps down here in Coventry. If it's stable at that speed I will be well pleased slight_smile

Hey Shsih,

Thanks for sharing!

How long does 4G stay before it reverts back to 3G?

I've seen it a couple of times today, and not for all that long, a few minutes at a time.

I'm really looking forward to it, since my 3G speeds seem to have tanked since swapping to the 4G sim.

I only get 2-3mbps on 3G now, used to be 6-7.

We lost 3G completely for a few days before 4G was turned on so I guess it's something to do with the work to get 4G online. They are back up to around 8mps now though....
