E-Sim activation code

Good evening

 

i have just upgraded to an iPhone XR and am switching all of my old data from my old phone.  I am trying to add a data plan and need my e-sim activation code.  Where would I find this?

Any help is appreciated

You'll need to call O2 to get a pack if you don't have one already.

Call early morning for least waiting times and say upgrade when you call.

Thanks for replying so quickly.  When we bought the phone, all we got was the phone in a box.  What does an E-Sim pack look like?
