I have a Door Swap arranged for later this week.
I have a couple of questions.
I assumed it would be a courier who delivered the replacement phone and collected the faulty phone. On a Live Chat it was siad that it would be a member of the 'O2 Support Team'. Does anyone know which is correct?
Also do I package up the faulty phone prior to collection?

Yeah I pretty much gave up when live chat told me to package it up and keep it with me - so that would have have been really useful to have it with me in Cheshire when the 'O2 Support Team' called at my house in Cumbria
