I tried to login to 02 App this evening and it would not recognise my username and password. It then said it did not have an account for my mobile number! I logged onto the website and, at first, I was able to access my account and check my bill but could not find my new tariff which changed on 10 June. Then I checked my profile and it did not have a mobile number in it and said my device was a Nokia (my previous phone). I updated the information and then found I could not access my bills as my mobile number was not recognised! Is 02 working on their website and the app as well, making it impossible to access any account information?

I suspect they were only part way through updating your account maybe.
Give them a call on 202 and get it checked.
