Delivery expectations for iPhone 7?

So when I placed my preorder (and paid off my refresh) this morning I saw that the estimate for the phone delivery would be up to 2 weeks for the Rose Gold plus 256GB (the one I ordered) but now when I go to the store to check whether I picked the right colour (the black really does look nice but I've decided I was right to go for Rose Gold) it says orders will be delivered on the 16th ... so those who preordered this morning have to wait 2 weeks but those who preorder right now don't? I'm confused :Z

so far they haveny cancelled me but they havent updated me either. Its amazing. I log on to the three store and could have a new phone and contract on wednesday.

so i was listening to radio 4 the other day intrestinlgly enough o2 come fourth out of EE Vodphone and three overall second biggest mobile provide but worst in customer service how much money did o2 give to get no 1 in customer service?

Okay after soeaking to someone else it looks like someone in CS 'pressed the wrong button' and 'You'll just have to place a new order there's nothing we can do do put you back in the place you were' 

going to to phone round stores tomorrow and see if any have stock... I'll let you know how I get on

I cancelled my online upgrade. I'd had enough. Walked into my local O2 store and left with my iphone7 128gb Matt black. They told me if I'd wanted a plus model, I'd be looking at December! Fortunately I didn't.

I've also cancelled my upgrade and got a jet black iPhone from the Apple Store today on their upgrade programme. Lack of any information from O2 the main factor.

just check the iphone 7 front page every iphone has just slipped back week thats nice to know
