So it seems they got some stock of Rose Gold then. Still looking like its the black options which seem to be the worst ones to order then!

So I've spoke to o2 on the phone and they told me that my order (plus 128GB Jet Black) is very out of stock (her words). She checked on the stock list and there was no update for stock coming into o2.
As such, she couldn't even provide me with an estimate for delivery.
I'm hoping there is an update tomorrow, as this is starting to look even worse than I expected.

So this is a new one for you all... Been keeping an eye on the thread for updates and am currently on chat and have been told if I don't receive the handset within 21 days of the order being placed i will get 21% off the cost of the phone AND 6 months free data... Apparently this is the new initiative to deal with the unrest. 

 

As usual, take this with a sack of salt but thought I'd share...

 

I've got screencaps of the chat as well, just in case... 

 

The order is for a 7+ 256GB Black..

 

Will update if I hear anything else...

If the new iPhone 7 is out of stock, and we can’t get it to you within 21 days, we’ll give you up to 25% extra data a month, for six months.

That's official from O2 website... 21 days not 21% off

My thoughts exactly. Asked the question multiple times, but that was the answer they kept saying.. I smell BS but more of a heads up for everyone here...

My Mrs received her 128g rose gold iphone 7 plus today which was pre ordered on the 9th and she received a txt on the 16th to tell her it was on its way via DPD so despite being 4 days late all good good for her.

My order still shows as in progress which was the matt black 128g iphone 7 plus ordered on the 9th and had no txts or emails so opened a chat session - told i should get an email tomorrow 20/09 and should then receive my handset within 2 to 3 days - i asked if he could confirm that i would have my handset by the end of the week and he said yes for sure !

He also applied an £8 hardship credit to my account which is pretty random but ill take it and fingers crossed i receive it this week.

Both orders were confirmed by 8:50 on the 9th.
