Oh the irony!
Just had a pleasant chat with O2 CS to cancel my upgrade - expected similar crap to when ringing about the phone, but what a surprise - it was incredibly slick and efficient. Almost like O2 want people to cancel!

I think o2 know they will lose customers over this expect a barage of sorry emails with decent offers to make you come back but for the time being they won't put much of a defense if people do cancel.

@Anonymous I got told 3-5days for refund... seems some things never change with O2, they just seem to say whatever comes into their heads at the time.
Guess it doesn't matter as long as we get it back!
