If it helps, i just spoke to CS to change my delivery address as im going away and will need my parents to sign for it - i have been told it will arrive on Monday. The lady changed my delivery address on a ukmail page for my order so something must be in motion.

I ordered the 256gb black plus on the 9th at around 9am

So interesting update I just got 7 blank texts from o2 all just containing one space. Then my mobile data has disappeared and can't get it back tried resets etc and will now only connect via wifi.

Tried the reboot option as well can't get the mobile data working again. Going to be very annoying if they have changed my package and I don't get the phone till Monday/Tuesday.

@Anonymous relax, its very common for that to happen. 00.01 reboot your phone (not airplane mode) and you will be fine.

So, this was the interesting conversation I had with Live Chat a little while ago. Names changed to protect the innocent;

 

O2: Hello. I hope you're well. What can I do for you?
ME: Hi, what's the latest with my iPhone order? I've had no text or email and no update.
O2: Thanks for sharing. I will check your account and assist you with that, needn't worry.
O2: Thanks for your patience.
I have checked your account and the order has been processed. Even a new handset has been assigned to you; however, your handset is waiting to be dispatched from our end.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation as soon as the handset gets dispatched from our end and you can expect the delivery within a week from today.
ME: But you don't have them in stock at the moment do you?
O2: Yep, we do.
ME: So why will it take a week for dispatch? I'm confused by that
O2: It won't take a week, you will receive the package within a week as that's the max time frame.
O2: It will be dispatched either by today or by Monday.
ME: Oh ok, as I'd been led to believe I'd have to wait at least four weeks
O2: You won't have to as the phone has already been assigned to your order.
ME: That's excellent. Sorry to ask, but how certain are you?
O2: You're welcome. This is because I can see the handset_stock_id updated on your order.
 

I so want to believe this, but as I have ordered a 7 Plus 128GB in Jet Black, I'm not sure that I can....
