I really despise using the live chat now, just endless ever-changing stories to keep us happy.

Just had another crack at live chat. This agent clearly decided honesty was the best policy and said they have no stock of my order, there might not be any stock for at least 6 weeks and that my only options were to wait or cancel the order

So far that's three different things I've been told.

1. It will be delivered around the 24th - 26th.

2. You'll receive a text or email (I have thus far received neither) on the 16th to let you know when you can expect it.

3. We don't know when you can expect it but it'll probably be 6 weeks from now.

Well, my spirit is crushed enough for one night. I'll try again tomorrow. Judging by the current rate of attrition I'll probably be told to expect it in time for Christmas Smiley Very Happy

Hi Toby, thanks for chiming in. I've been keeping an eye on My O2 but my understanding is that only existing O2 customers who are upgrading their phone or adding an extra phone to their account can track their orders that way, and that those of us who have placed new orders on new accounts simply have to wait for the delivery. Have I misunderstood?
