I'm seriously tempted to do the same as you, as I know I feel the same. 

Been with o2 over 16 years and this is the final straw. Out of interest, which carrier will you be switching to? They all seem as bad as the rest.

Your right as customers we do deserve so kind of communication, and i am sorry that you have had a poor experiance on the phone.  I on the other hand, whe i have called always got a polite service.  I just thing the the call handelers dont have any info.  I will stick with O2 for now.  Ijust hope tht the improve the offer od 25% extra data as i wont use the 5 I pay for so the extra will be not used.

I cancelled my 128gb iPhone 7 plus black preorder because I went online for click and collect Bristol on the apple website and they have the exact same phone ready for pick up tomorrow. This is crazy how is that possible I'm getting it tomorrow from an order online today but not one I order at 8.15 on the 9th. Ps they have stock left Cambridge, Liverpool, Edinburgh, Aberdeen Glasgow. All the 128gb black iPhone 7 plus.

Getting a sim only contract from EE for 12months 8gb data unlimited texts and calls reduced from 27.99 to 19.99. Buy the phone from Apple direct unlocked. Also considering the apple 0% yearly upgrade program
