Yeah it's a joke to be honest. Looked on Apple and the same phone is 6-8 weeks wait.

Which model did u order btw? I just ordered a matte black 7+ 128gb one today and they told me its in stock and i should have it within 2 weeks. Are they just gonna end up delaying mine like everyone elses? and i really hope you get yours soon and don't have to wait that long , thats ridiculous.

I ordered the jet black 7 plus 256gb on the 9/9 all confirmed by 1400hrs and hopefully you don't have long to wait. If just spoken directly to apply to try find some answers as to why it's taking so long. They said they will have given o2 exact dates on when they will receive the stock when they placed the order if it wasn't already ready. So somebody from o2 has all the information lots of people are waiting for. I'm going to try contact o2 now and get some answers. Will let you know the outcome.

Tried to call o2 on hold for 20 mins before somebody answered then as soon as iPhones 7 came out of my mouth boom phone got put down. Poor form o2 just poor

@Anonymous you must be one of the lucky ones as I ordered the exact same phone as yours on the 4th of this month so on this tuesday coming i would have been waiting 3 weeks already, and the woman i spoke to earlier this week told me i wont receive mine till the 15th of november so around another 3-4 weeks 😞 

Really hope O2 havent lied and stick to the 2 weeks deadline they gave you good luck

@Anonymous , hearing everyones responses give me less hope of actual receiving it on time. O2 are doing such a bad job at handling this.

Well, ordered 24th Sept, MB 128gb, received my plan update email, order complete and parcel number at 7.50am this morning! So that's four weeks.... and I suppose they did tell me six!

Looks like we're in luck! I guess should arrive Tuesday!

I too received my notification for the same device today at 10am. Ordered on 29th Sept so hopefully everyone else will receive theirs soon enough.

Happy you guys got your phones...but...

I ordered my 7+ 128 MB on the 18th September and my store have zero information for me.

I can't see how people who ordered a lot later are getting them much quicker than me! Very very frustrating now!!!
