@Anonymous I ordered the same spec on 13 Sep - I received this email below -  saying that my order was being processed on 27 Sept. Cust Svs are telling me that it will be with me 6 weeks from the release date (so, 28/10) however I have had various different answers depending whether I speak to Cust Svs or Live Chat - I really don't think that they have any idea when they will get any more stock - and that's probably Apple's fault.

Did you order in store or online? I ordered in store so apparently that make a difference on deliver my so I'll be waiting abit longer

Just been on the phone to CS, was struggling not to burst out laughing whilst the woman on the other end was clearly reading from a script on the screen. Let's see if I do get a call back from them....

 

Ordered a JB 128gb 7+ on 9/9.

 

Whilst I have slight sympathy for o2 for the way in which Apple have clearly shafted them, it does not excuse the shocking lack of communication from them to those who are waiting. Been with o2 for 12 years, think this will be my last contract with them.

@Anonymous I think you would be in for a long wait. 02 haven't even cleared the back log from 09/09. The few that got processed last week were around 09/09 from 0930 - 1230 I think.
So you shouldn't get yours anytime soon I would think

I wonder if i should just cancel and do it with Apple.
I donna i'm bored of the rubbish o2 keep telling me.
If they kept to the same story I wouldn't be bothered but to say it has been dispatched then its out stock!
Arghh... hope the iPhone 7 plus is worth it!

At worst you'll have a wait of another 16 days - they are saying that they will fulfil all pre orders for that spec 6 weeks after release date - so at latest 28 October - I am guessing that they can be relatively certain that they can achieve that date as they know how many pre orders they have...

 

Like others have said, the comms from o2 have been shocking - they really do not seem to have a clue what is going on.

Still heard absolutely nothing, ordered 9/9/16 only communication I've had was that day at 9am when the usual emails came in. Starting to get very annoyed
