Ive just had a text saying my upgrade has been complete.
Checked my o2 online and theres a tracking number with a dispatch date of today!
(256GB Black iPhone 7 Plus ordered first thing)

So after receiving no texts or emails from o2 since i preordered on the 9th, I finally rung up today. Apparently everyone who is on back order for a plus and doesnt get a order conformation today will be receiving a text today to tell them it will be another week to 2 weeks. I asked to make a complaint as I had had no notifications from o2 and been constantly lied to by live chat agents and he gave me an address and said I have to write a physical letter to them and he can’t send onto the complaints department over the phone or email. o2 has become a joke of a company and I have just ordered the phone outright from apple with a 3-4 week delivery timescale and a sim only plan from EE so after 10 years sorry its goodbye to o2

I've just had the tarriff change text too - mine was a 32GB iPhone 7 Plus for click and collect. Ordered around 10am originally was told October 21st!
