Also I'd like to know the best address to send my complaint to as 25% extra data for 6 months on a 20gb tariff (when I don't even use 10gb now) is frankly an insult.

i know it doesn't make a difference on tariff cost - I've been told that click and collect orders won't be delivered as a priority. For example i ordered a 256GB Rose Gold Plus around 10AM on the 9th September for click and collect yet have not received it, someone else ordered the EXACT SAME phone and specs at 9PM on the 9th for home delivery and has received theirs. How is that fair?

We follow first order first delivery policy and it could be matter of second or minute as lots of customer ordered iPhone on 9th of September as we open website for pre-order.

Isn't it? I just laughed as I read his response.

I have dulled the pain and anger of O2 somewhat by buying a Mont Blanc pen which I've always wanted - do you think I could sue O2 for the value of it for making me buy it through their incompetence?
